Payment Options

We have a number of convenient options to make it simple for you to pay for your pet transport fees. The primary payment methods accepted are credit card, direct bank transfer, PayPal or cash when your pet is collected. (cheques will not be accepted)

The available options will be discussed with you when your booking is confirmed and if necessary an email or SMS will be sent to you with any details you may need to complete a Credit card or bank transfer payment. For your convenience those details are also shown below.

Pay by Direct Transfer:

Direct bank Transfer Payments: (Internet banking, no additional fees)
To pay directly from your cheque or savings account log onto your internet banking site and make your payment to the following account.

Please use your name as a reference to enable us to correctly record your payment against your invoice.
Please note that Bank transfers can take up to 48 hours from your bank to ours and the payment must be able to be checked by us online prior to us picking up your pet. If the timeframe is too short we recommend simply paying cash to the driver when the pet is collected to save any confusion.

Pay by Credit Card:

Credit Card Payments: (3% additional payment surcharge applies)

Credit card payments can be made directly with our office by phone or at the time of placing the booking using VISA or Master Card .

Cash at Pick Up or Drop Off:

We are happy to accept cash when we arrive to collect your pets.

Please note, we do not accept cheques and all electronic payments must be visible in our account before the collection date. If time frames do not allow then it may be easier to pay cash when we collect your animals.

A receipt can be provided by the Driver at time of payment if requested.

Pay by Paypal:

PayPal payment should be made directly to info@dogmovers.com.au

Please ensure you are making the payment from an authorised account, some payment types on PayPal can take several days to be processed and may result in the delay of your transport if not cleared prior to pick up.

Pay by Direct Deposit at a branch:

In some instances it may be necessary for cash to be deposited directly to the bank. This happens often when the person paying is a third party (neither dropping off or collecting the pet from us) or does not have access to internet banking or a credit card. In this case the funds can be deposited directly to our Commonwealth bank account as shown above under Bank transfer details.

Cash deposits will normally be visible immediately, Cheque deposits may take several days to clear. The payment must be able to be checked by us online prior to picking up your pet. If the timeframe is too short we recommend simply paying cash to the driver when the pet is collected to save any confusion.
